The clearest feedback on any charging equipment is what it achieves in daily operation. MPMC’s BCH Series mobile BESS charger is already at work with logistics, port and construction customers in the UK, the Netherlands and Norway, and the measured results show what European fleet operators and contractors can expect: faster truck turnaround, charging without grid upgrades and lower emissions. Each result is backed by documented project data rather than general claims, giving buyers firm figures to plan with.
Measured Results From Live European Deployments
UK Logistics Port: From 10-Hour Cycles to Near-Continuous Charging
At a UK logistics port, a weak local grid had forced 10-hour charging cycles for electric trucks running four-hour port routes. Eight BCH-275-200 units bypassed that limit and moved the operation to near-continuous charging, keeping trucks on the road for far more of each shift. A BCH-275-200 in this case delivered 3,457 kWh, output that would have taken 976 litres of diesel and produced 3,123 kg of CO2 from an equivalent 150 kW generator.

Norway and the Netherlands: Heavy Machinery and Renewable Charging
In Norway, a 2 MWh BCH system with 500 kW, 1,000 kWh units and 360 kW CCS2 output charges rental construction machinery fully off-grid with no diesel generator. In the Netherlands, BCH units power a renewable port and logistics charging site that combines a BCH-275-200 with a BCH-500-1000, and a 1 MWh grid-connected solar-storage EV charging station.

Results That Strengthen Sustainability Reporting
For European hauliers and logistics parks with carbon targets, the UK data gives a clear comparison for the same 3,457 kWh of output, and MPMC documents that this BCH-275-200 saves at least 37.5 tonnes of CO2 a year.

What These Results Mean for European Buyers
Logistics Companies and Freight Hub Operators
Medium and large logistics companies usually have large yards and depots with plenty of space for battery storage and mobile charging. The UK port result shows how BCH units placed in such a yard can lift charging capacity well beyond the local grid connection, so more electric trucks can run more shifts while the business waits for, or avoids, a costly grid upgrade.
Construction Equipment Dealers and Contractors
The Norway project gives new-energy construction equipment dealers a strong reference: electric machinery charged on site with no grid and no diesel generator. Dealers can supply the machines and the BCH charger together, and contractors can move both to the next project when the job is complete.
Truck Dealers and Electric HGV Customers
As Europe’s leading truck manufacturers expand their electric HGV ranges and high fuel costs push hauliers towards electric, truck dealers can use these results to show customers a ready charging solution. High-power BCH models with dual 350 A CCS2 guns charge electric trucks directly in the customer’s own yard.
